Caring Supervised Visits and Exchange Services LLC is a private organization that focuses on providing Supervised Visitation services to Bay Area and Southern California families residing in the counties of Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Los Angeles, and Orange County. We focus on reintegrating relationships between parents and children through fun activities, and quality time. Our hope is that each child gets to have the opportunity to spend time with their parents in a positive and supportive manner that will help their development as future civic members of society.
Our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of care and support for children, fostering their comfort within the environment through engaging and enjoyable activities. We aim to guide all families to ensure a safe and pleasant visitation experience for the child. By creating a secure space for children to interact with the individuals involved, our aim is to provide a positive atmosphere that enables families to reconnect and, ideally, have enjoyable moments together.
Inform your child about their upcoming visit with the non-custodial parent and the scheduled time commitment outlined in the court order. Reassure them that they will be in caring and supportive hands, addressing any fears or questions they may have.
Refrain from speaking negatively about the non-custodial parent in front of your child. Adhere to the contractual agreements, remain patient throughout the visitation process, and be open to necessary adjustments when required.
Do not discuss the case or engage in negative conversations about the non-custodial parent. Follow the court orders, trust that the visitation monitors prioritize your child's safety—both physically and emotionally—and remain flexible when needed.
Understand that the legal process can be lengthy and may have its ups and downs. it may also be beneficial to seek additional support services, such as counseling, therapy, anger management, or parenting classes, to help you navigate this period effectively.
While supervised visitations may not be the ideal situation, don't let legal obstacles hinder your relationship with your children. Center the visits around their needs, considering their interests and suitable locations.
Remember that we are here to guide you through this process. Refrain from speaking negatively about the custodial parent and prioritize your child's needs when choosing visitation locations and planning activities.
